Indication
- Tinea corporis, tinea cruris and tinea pedis - Pityriasis versicolor - Cutaneous candidiasis - Seborrhoeic dermatitis
Ingredients
- Ketoconazole 2% w/w
Direction
Apply a thin layer to the affected and surrounding skin once or twice daily. Continue for a few days after symptoms clear to prevent recurrence.
Side effects
- Burning
- stinging or itching at the application site
- Skin redness or irritation
- Dryness
- Rarely
- contact dermatitis or hypersensitivity
Precautions
- For external use only
- avoid contact with eyes
- Do not use on broken or inflamed skin unless advised
- Discontinue if irritation or sensitization occurs
- Inform doctor of prior reaction to ketoconazole or imidazoles
