Indication
Symptomatic relief of cough; acts as antitussive, expectorant and antihistamine
Ingredients
- Dextromethorphan HBr 15 mg
- Glyceryl Guaiacolate 100 mg
- Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg
Direction
Adults: 1 to 2 sachets 3 times daily
Side effects
- Drowsiness
- Gastrointestinal discomfort
- Dryness of mouth
- Urine retention
Precautions
- Do not drive or operate machinery
- Special precautions for patients with hepatic or kidney dysfunction
- glaucoma
- prostate hyperplasia
- thyroid disorder
- Not recommended for children under 6 years
- May cause CNS depression at high dose in patients with respiratory disorder
