Bacterial infections requiring IV levofloxacin therapy

Ingredients

• Levofloxacin Hemihydrate equivalent to Levofloxacin 500 mg

Direction

Use as prescribed by the Physician. For intravenous use only.

Side effects

• Nausea
• Diarrhea
• Headache
• Dizziness

Precautions

• For intravenous use only
• Do not use if bottle is leaking
• solution is cloudy or contains undissolved particles
• Protect from sunlight and freezing
• Store at 25°C or below
• Keep out of reach of children
• Once the vial is removed from the carton the infusion solution must be used within three days
• Once the vial has been opened
• the infusion solution must be used within three hours
