Osteocare 800 mg calcium / 300 mg magnesium / 5 µg vitamin D3 / 10 mg zinc per 2 tablets

Indication

Helps maintain strong bones and teeth. Complete formula with calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3 and zinc for men and women of all ages.

Ingredients

• Calcium Carbonate 800 mg
• Magnesium Hydroxide 300 mg
• Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 5 µg
• Zinc Sulphate 10 mg

Direction

Two tablets per day with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed.

Side effects

• Constipation or stomach discomfort if taken in high doses.
• Nausea or bloating
• particularly at initiation.
• Hypercalcaemia (excessive calcium) with very high doses.
• Excess magnesium may cause diarrhoea or loose stools.
• Rare: kidney stones with prolonged high calcium intake.
