Indication
Helps maintain strong bones and teeth. Complete formula with calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3 and zinc for men and women of all ages.
Ingredients
- Calcium Carbonate 800 mg
- Magnesium Hydroxide 300 mg
- Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 5 µg
- Zinc Sulphate 10 mg
Direction
Two tablets per day with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed.
Side effects
- Constipation or stomach discomfort if taken in high doses.
- Nausea or bloating
- particularly at initiation.
- Hypercalcaemia (excessive calcium) with very high doses.
- Excess magnesium may cause diarrhoea or loose stools.
- Rare: kidney stones with prolonged high calcium intake.
Precautions
- Store below 25°C in a dry place
- out of sight and reach of children
- Food supplement
