Indication
Comprehensive nutritional care for mother and baby through all of pregnancy and breast-feeding. Includes Folic Acid, Vitamin D and Omega-3 DHA.
Ingredients
- Folic Acid 400 µg
- Vitamin D 10 µg
- Omega
- 3 Fish Oil 600 mg (DHA 300 mg
- EPA 60 mg)
Direction
One tablet (green blister) per day. One capsule (pink blister) per day. Swallow each with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal.
Side effects
- Nausea or mild gastrointestinal discomfort
- particularly on an empty stomach.
- Fishy aftertaste from omega
- 3 capsules.
- Constipation or diarrhoea may occur.
- Rare: allergic reactions in fish
- allergic individuals.
- High
- dose vitamin D may cause hypercalcaemia with prolonged use.
Precautions
- Store below 25°C in a dry place
- out of sight and reach of children
- Contains iron which if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children
- Do not take if allergic to soya
