Indication

For before conception through all of pregnancy and breast-feeding. Contains 16 vitamins and minerals including folic acid.

Ingredients

• Folic Acid 400 µg
• Vitamin D 2.5 µg
• Vitamin C 70 mg
• Iron 20 mg
• Zinc 15 mg

Direction

One capsule per day with or immediately after your main meal, with water or a cold drink.

Side effects

• Nausea or mild gastrointestinal discomfort
• particularly on an empty stomach.
• Constipation due to iron content.
• Dark
• coloured stools (from iron — harmless).
• Rare: allergic reactions.
• High
• dose folic acid supplementation may mask vitamin B12 deficiency.

• Store below 25°C in a dry place
• out of sight and reach of children
• Contains iron which if taken in excess by very young children may be harmful
