Indication
Triple Active formula for skin, hair and nails. Essential nutrients to help maintain healthy skin, hair and nails.

- Vitamin D 5 µg
- Vitamin E 40 mg
- Thiamin 8 mg
- Riboflavin 4 mg
- Niacin 18 mg NE
- Vitamin B6 10 mg
- Folic Acid 500 µg
- Vitamin B12 9 µg
- Pantothenic Acid 40 mg
- Magnesium 20 mg
- Iron 12 mg
- Zinc 15 mg
- Copper 100 µg
- Selenium 100 µg
- Chromium GTF 50 µg
- Iodine 200 µg
- Cystine 10 mg
- Natural Mixed Carotenoids 2 mg

Direction
One tablet per day with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated at recommended doses.
- Nausea or mild gastrointestinal discomfort if taken on an empty stomach.
- Constipation or diarrhoea may occur with iron
- containing formulas.
- Headache reported rarely.
- Allergic reactions (rash
- itching) are uncommon.
Precautions
- Store below 25°C in a dry place
- out of sight and reach of children
- Do not take if allergic to soya products
