Direction

One tablet per day with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated at recommended doses.
• Nausea or mild gastrointestinal discomfort if taken on an empty stomach.
• Constipation or diarrhoea may occur with iron
• containing formulas.
• Headache reported rarely.
• Allergic reactions (rash
