Indication
Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcer, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
Ingredients
- Pantoprazole Sodium eq. to Pantoprazole 40 mg
Direction
As directed by physician. Reconstitute vial with 10 ml of 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection BP; use immediately
Side effects
- Headache.
- Diarrhoea
- nausea
- abdominal pain.
- Flatulence.
- Dizziness.
- Elevated liver enzymes (rare).
- Hypomagnesaemia with prolonged use.
- Increased risk of Clostridioides difficile infection with long
- term use.
- Rare: hypersensitivity reactions including anaphylaxis.
Precautions
- Store below 25°C
- Protect from light
- Do not freeze
- Discard unused content after 12 hours at 2
- 8°C
- Keep out of reach of children
