Indication

Relief of mild to moderate pain and reduction of fever

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 500 mg

Direction

Body weight less than 34 kg: consult doctor. 34-50 kg: one tablet at a time, at least 4 hours between doses. More than 50-67 kg: one and a half tablets, no more than 5 doses/day. More than 67 kg: two tablets at a time, no more than 4 doses/day

Side effects

• Nausea
• vomiting
• and abdominal discomfort.
• Skin rash or allergic reactions.
• Rarely
• serious skin reactions such as Stevens
• Johnson syndrome.
• Hepatotoxicity with overdose or prolonged high
• dose use.
• Blood disorders including thrombocytopenia (rare).

Precautions

• Do not take paracetamol more than recommended dose
• Avoid using with other medications containing paracetamol
• Consult doctor if you drink alcohol regularly or have liver or kidney disease
• Stop taking and consult doctor if edema of face
