COVERAM 5 mg / 10 mg

Indication

Treatment of essential hypertension. As substitution therapy in adult patients whose blood pressure is adequately controlled with perindopril and amlodipine taken concomitantly at the same doses.

Ingredients

• Perindopril arginine 5 mg
• Amlodipine 10 mg

Direction

Oral use. One tablet once daily. As directed by the physician.

Side effects

• Headache
• Dizziness
• Flushing
• Palpitations
• Peripheral edema
• Cough
• Fatigue

Precautions

• Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding
• Contraindicated in history of angioedema
• Monitor blood pressure
• renal function
• and potassium
• Do not use with aliskiren in diabetics or renal impairment
