Indication
Treatment of essential hypertension. As substitution therapy in adult patients whose blood pressure is adequately controlled with perindopril and amlodipine taken concomitantly at the same doses.
Ingredients
- Perindopril arginine 5 mg
- Amlodipine 10 mg
Direction
Oral use. One tablet once daily. As directed by the physician.
Side effects
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Flushing
- Palpitations
- Peripheral edema
- Cough
- Fatigue
Precautions
- Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Contraindicated in history of angioedema
- Monitor blood pressure
- renal function
- and potassium
- Do not use with aliskiren in diabetics or renal impairment
