Indication
Fluid, nutrient and electrolyte replenisher. IV infusion or as physician's order.
Ingredients
- Dextrose 5 g / 100 mL
- Sodium Chloride 0.45 g / 100 mL
Direction
Administer by IV infusion as directed by physician. Store below 30Β°C.
Side effects
- Hyperglycaemia with rapid or excessive infusion.
- Fluid overload
- oedema
- and dilutional hyponatraemia.
- Hypokalaemia with prolonged use.
- Local phlebitis or irritation at the infusion site.

- Single dose container
- Sterile
- Non Pyrogenic
- Store below 30Β°C
