Indication
- Anxiety disorders - Panic disorder - Short-term relief of anxiety symptoms
Ingredients
- Alprazolam 0.5 mg
Direction
Take by mouth exactly as prescribed; typically 0.25-0.5 mg three times daily, adjusted by the physician. Do not stop abruptly.
Side effects
- Drowsiness and sedation
- Dizziness and lightheadedness
- Fatigue
- Impaired coordination
- Memory impairment
Precautions
- Risk of dependence
- abuse and withdrawal
- avoid long
- term use
- Avoid alcohol and other CNS depressants
- Do not drive or operate machinery until effects are known
- Use with caution in respiratory
- liver or kidney impairment and the elderly
