Indication
- Respiratory tract infections - Skin and soft tissue infections - Ear, nose and throat infections - Certain sexually transmitted infections
Ingredients
- Azithromycin 500 mg
Direction
Take one tablet (500 mg) once daily, usually for 3 days, as prescribed by a physician.
Side effects
- Diarrhea
- Nausea
- Abdominal pain
- Vomiting
- Headache
Precautions
- Avoid in patients allergic to macrolide antibiotics
- Use with caution in liver impairment
- May prolong the QT interval
- Complete the full prescribed course
