Indication

- Cerebrovascular disorders such as stroke - Cognitive and memory impairment - Recovery of consciousness after head trauma or brain surgery - Supportive treatment in neurodegenerative conditions

Ingredients

• Citicoline 500 mg

Direction

Adults: 500-2000 mg per day in divided doses, or as directed by a physician.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated
• Nausea or gastrointestinal upset
• Headache or dizziness
• Insomnia
• Changes in blood pressure (rare)

Precautions

• Use with caution in patients with hypertension
• Caution in pregnancy and breastfeeding unless advised by a doctor
