Indication
- Calcium supplementation in calcium deficiency - Support for bone and tooth development - Increased calcium needs during growth, pregnancy and breastfeeding - Prevention of calcium-deficiency conditions
Ingredients
- Calcium lactate gluconate 720 mg (= 90 mg calcium) + Vitamin D 100 IU + Vitamin C 100 mg + Nicotinamide 7.5 mg per 10 mL
Direction
Take orally as directed by a physician, usually one ampoule daily, diluted in water if preferred.
Side effects
- Constipation
- Bloating or stomach upset
- Nausea
- Hypercalcemia with excessive use
Precautions
- Avoid in hypercalcemia or kidney stones
- Use with caution in impaired kidney function
- Do not take together with high doses of vitamin D from other sources
- Consult a physician for prolonged use
