CelcoXX 200 mg

Indication

- Osteoarthritis - Rheumatoid arthritis - Ankylosing spondylitis - Acute pain and primary dysmenorrhoea

Ingredients

• Celecoxib 200 mg

Direction

Take orally with or without food; usual dose is 200 mg once daily or 100 mg twice daily, using the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration.

Side effects

• Dyspepsia
• abdominal pain
• diarrhoea
• Headache and dizziness
• Peripheral oedema
• Increased risk of cardiovascular events and gastrointestinal bleeding

Precautions

• Contraindicated in active heart disease
• recent heart attack
• stroke or bypass surgery
• Avoid in sulfonamide allergy and active gastrointestinal bleeding
• Use with caution in hypertension
• renal or hepatic impairment
• Avoid in the third trimester of pregnancy
