Bisolvon Kids 60ml

Indication

Bisolvon Kids oral solution is a mucolytic agent used in children for the treatment of respiratory conditions associated with productive cough and excessive, thick, or sticky mucus, including bronchitis, bronchiectasis, and cystic fibrosis.

Ingredients

• Bromhexine HCL

Direction

Children 2–6 years: 5 mL (2 mg bromhexine) 3 times daily. Children 6–12 years: 5 mL (2 mg) 3 times daily (some references allow 10 mL for this age range based on prescriber guidance). Children over 12 years and adults: 10–20 mL 3 times daily. Take with or after food.

Side effects

Precautions

• Not recommended for use in children under 2 years without specialist advice.
• Use with caution in patients with gastric ulcer.

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Shake before use.
