Indication

BoskA is a combination analgesic and antipyretic. Paracetamol provides analgesic and antipyretic effects, while caffeine enhances the analgesic effect. Used for the relief of mild to moderate pain including headache, migraine, dental pain, menstrual pain, and fever.

Direction

Adults and children 12 years and over: 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours. Take with water. Do not use for more than 3 days for fever or 5 days for pain without medical advice.

Side effects

• Nausea (rare at therapeutic doses).
• Insomnia
• restlessness
• or palpitations (caffeine effect).
• Liver toxicity with paracetamol overdose.

Precautions

• Do not use with other paracetamol
• containing products — risk of hepatotoxicity.
• Avoid in patients with liver disease or alcohol dependence.
• Caffeine may cause insomnia and palpitations in sensitive individuals.
• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical advice.
• Avoid large amounts of caffeine
• containing beverages while taking this product.
• Keep out of reach of children.
