Indication

Used for symptomatic relief of cold and flu symptoms including fever, headache, nasal congestion, runny nose, and sneezing.

Ingredients

• Cetirizine Hydrochloride
• Phenylephrine Hydrochloride
• Paracetamol

Direction

Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 1 tablet every 8–12 hours as needed, or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed 3 tablets in 24 hours. Take with water. May be taken with or without food.

Side effects

• Paracetamol: rare at recommended doses.
• Phenylephrine: palpitations
• hypertension
• insomnia.
• Cetirizine: drowsiness
• dry mouth
• headache.

Precautions

• Do not exceed the recommended dose.
• Avoid concurrent use with other paracetamol
• containing products.
• Phenylephrine: contraindicated with MAO inhibitors
• use caution in hypertension
• hyperthyroidism.
• Cetirizine: may cause drowsiness
• avoid driving.
• Use with caution in renal or hepatic impairment.
• Not recommended in children under 12 years.
• Keep out of reach of children.
