Indication

Used for symptomatic relief of cold and flu in adults, including fever, nasal and sinus congestion, runny nose, and sneezing.

Ingredients

• paracetamol
• phenylephrine hydrochloride
• chlorpheniramine maleate

Direction

Adults and children 12 years and over: 1–2 tablets every 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours. Take with water, preferably with food.

Side effects

• Paracetamol: rare at recommended doses.
• Chlorpheniramine: sedation
• dry mouth.
• Phenylephrine: headache
• insomnia
• palpitations.

Precautions

• Do not exceed the recommended dose.
• Avoid concurrent use with other paracetamol
• containing products.
• Contraindicated with MAO inhibitors.
• Chlorpheniramine: may cause drowsiness
• avoid driving.
• Phenylephrine: use caution in hypertension
• diabetes
• hyperthyroidism.
• Not recommended in children under 12 years.
• Keep out of reach of children.
