Indication
Used for the treatment of moderate to moderately severe pain in adults when a combination of tramadol and paracetamol is appropriate.
Ingredients
- Tramadol HCl
- Acetaminophen
Direction
Adults 18 years and over: 1β2 tablets every 4β6 hours as needed for pain, not to exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not for use in children under 18 years.
Side effects
- Nausea
- vomiting.
- Dizziness
- drowsiness.
- Constipation.
- Headache.
- Risk of seizures.
- Liver toxicity at high paracetamol doses.
Precautions
- Tramadol is an opioid
- risk of dependence and abuse.
- Do not use with MAO inhibitors or within 14 days of stopping them.
- Avoid alcohol.
- Use with caution in patients with seizure disorders
- liver or kidney disease
- respiratory disorders.
- Avoid concurrent use of other paracetamol
- containing products.
- Do not use in children under 18 years.
- Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
