Indication

Used for the treatment of moderate to moderately severe pain in adults when a combination of tramadol and paracetamol is appropriate.

Ingredients

• Tramadol HCl
• Acetaminophen

Direction

Adults 18 years and over: 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed for pain, not to exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not for use in children under 18 years.

• Headache.
• Risk of seizures.
• Liver toxicity at high paracetamol doses.

Precautions

• Tramadol is an opioid
• risk of dependence and abuse.
• Do not use with MAO inhibitors or within 14 days of stopping them.
• Avoid alcohol.
• Use with caution in patients with seizure disorders
• liver or kidney disease
• respiratory disorders.
• Avoid concurrent use of other paracetamol
• containing products.
• Do not use in children under 18 years.
• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
