Indication
Used to relieve infantile colic and gastrointestinal spasms with flatulence. The antispasmodic (dicyclomine) relaxes intestinal smooth muscle while dimethicone reduces gas.
Ingredients
- Dicyclomine HCl
- Dimethicone
Direction
Infants and children: administer as directed by a physician or per product label. Typically given orally before or after feeding.
Side effects
- Dry mouth.
- Constipation.
- Urinary retention.
- In infants: breathing difficulties

Precautions
- Dicyclomine is contraindicated in infants under 6 months due to risk of serious adverse effects.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose.
- Use with caution in patients with glaucoma
