Rhinogrip 300

Indication

Rhinogrip is a combination product containing Paracetamol, Chlorphenamine (antihistamine), and Phenylephrine (decongestant). It is used for symptomatic relief of cold and flu symptoms including nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, headache, and fever.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol
• Chlorphenamine
• Phenylephrine

Direction

Adults: 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. Maximum 8 tablets per 24 hours. Take with water after food. Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult a physician for children's dosing.

Side effects

• Drowsiness
• sedation.
• Dry mouth
• blurred vision.
• Urinary retention.
• Nausea
• vomiting.
• Palpitations
• increased blood pressure (phenylephrine).
• Rare: hepatotoxicity with paracetamol overdose.

Precautions

• Do not use with other paracetamol
• containing products.
• Contraindicated in patients taking MAO inhibitors (within 14 days).
• Use with caution in patients with hypertension
• heart disease
• diabetes
• hyperthyroidism
• or glaucoma.
• Causes drowsiness
• avoid driving or operating machinery.
• Avoid alcohol during treatment.
• Use with caution in elderly patients.
• Keep out of reach of children.
