Tiril PLUS 500mg/5mg/5mg/30mg

Indication

Tiril PLUS is a combination product containing Paracetamol (analgesic/antipyretic), Phenylephrine HCl (nasal decongestant), Levocetirizine (antihistamine), and Ambroxol HCl (mucolytic/expectorant). It is used for symptomatic relief of cold and flu symptoms including fever, headache, nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and productive cough.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol
• Phenylephrine Hydrochloride
• Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride
• Ambroxol Hydrochloride

Direction

Adults and adolescents over 12 years: 1 tablet every 6–8 hours as needed. Maximum 3 tablets per 24 hours. Take with or after food. Consult a physician for dosing in children under 12.

• Rare: hepatotoxicity with paracetamol overdose.

Precautions

• Do not use with other paracetamol
• containing products.
• Contraindicated with MAO inhibitors (within 14 days).
• Use with caution in patients with hypertension
• heart disease
• diabetes
• hyperthyroidism
• or glaucoma.
• May cause drowsiness
• avoid driving or operating machinery.
• Avoid alcohol during treatment.
• Use with caution in patients with renal or hepatic impairment.
• Keep out of reach of children.
