Lemolinctus-DS 250mg/2.5mg/1.25mg/4mg per 5ml

Indication

Lemolinctus-DS is a combination syrup containing Paracetamol (antipyretic/analgesic), Phenylephrine HCl (decongestant), Chlorpheniramine Maleate (antihistamine), and Bromhexine HCl (mucolytic). It is used for symptomatic treatment of cold and flu in children: fever, nasal congestion, runny nose, and productive cough.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol
• Phenylephrine HCl
• Chlorpheniramine Maleate
• Bromhexine HCl

Direction

Children: Dose based on age and weight as directed by a physician or product label. Typically 5–10 mL every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 4 doses per 24 hours.

Side effects

• Drowsiness.
• Dry mouth.
• Nausea
• vomiting
• gastrointestinal upset.
• Palpitations (from phenylephrine).
• Rare: allergic reactions.

Precautions

• Do not use concurrently with other paracetamol
• containing products.
• Contraindicated with MAO inhibitors.
• Use with caution in children with hypertension
• heart disease
• or glaucoma.
• Chlorpheniramine causes drowsiness.
• Not for infants under 2 years without medical supervision.
• Keep out of reach of children.
