Indication

Sinex Forte is a combination cold and flu preparation containing Dextromethorphan, Cetirizine, Paracetamol, and Phenylephrine. It is used to relieve symptoms of cold and flu including cough suppression, runny nose and sneezing (antihistamine effect), fever and body ache (analgesic/antipyretic), and nasal congestion (decongestant).

• Do not use with other paracetamol
• containing products (risk of overdose).
• Do not use with MAO inhibitors or within 14 days of stopping MAO inhibitor therapy.
• Use with caution in patients with hypertension

• or urinary retention.
• May cause drowsiness
• avoid driving or operating machinery.
• Do not use with alcohol.
• Contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic impairment.
• Keep out of reach of children.
