Indication

Rotus-DMR is a combination cough and cold preparation containing Bromhexine HCl (mucolytic), Dextromethorphan HBr (cough suppressant), Chlorpheniramine Maleate (antihistamine), and Guaifenesin (expectorant). It is used to relieve productive and non-productive cough, congestion, and allergic rhinitis symptoms associated with respiratory tract infections.
