Zeagra 100 (Film Coated) 100 mg

Indication

Zeagra 100 (Sildenafil Citrate 100 mg) is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult males. It enhances the effect of nitric oxide by inhibiting PDE5, leading to smooth muscle relaxation and increased blood flow to the corpus cavernosum upon sexual stimulation.

Direction

Adult males: 50–100 mg taken approximately 30–60 minutes before sexual activity. Take no more than once in 24 hours. May be taken with or without food, but high-fat meals may delay absorption. Do not take if nitrates or guanylate cyclase stimulators are prescribed.

• green colour tinge
• Hypotension
• Priapism (prolonged erection > 4 hours — medical emergency)
• Sudden hearing or vision loss (rare)

Precautions

• Absolutely contraindicated with nitrates (all forms: tablets
• sprays
• patches) — risk of severe hypotension.
• Contraindicated with guanylate cyclase stimulators (e.g.
• riociguat).
• Use with extreme caution in patients with cardiovascular disease
• as sexual activity carries inherent cardiac risk.
• Contraindicated in recent stroke or myocardial infarction (within 6 months)
• resting hypotension
• or severe hepatic impairment.
• Causes dose
• dependent decrease in blood pressure
• use with caution with antihypertensives.
• May cause sudden vision or hearing loss
• discontinue immediately if this occurs.
• Not for use in women or children.
• Keep out of reach of children.
