Indication

A combination cold and flu remedy used for the symptomatic relief of nasal congestion, rhinorrhoea, sneezing, headache, and fever associated with the common cold, flu, and allergic rhinitis.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol
• Phenylpropanolamine Hydrochloride
• Chlorpheniramine Maleate

Direction

Adults and children 12 years and over: 1 tablet every 6–8 hours as needed, not exceeding 4 tablets in 24 hours. Take with a full glass of water. Not recommended for children under 12 years.

Side effects

• Drowsiness or sedation (chlorpheniramine).
• Dry mouth

• Palpitations or increased blood pressure (phenylpropanolamine).
• Nausea
• headache.
• Rare: allergic reactions.

Precautions

• Do not use with other paracetamol
• containing products.
• Avoid in patients with hypertension
• cardiovascular disease
• hyperthyroidism
• diabetes
• narrow
• angle glaucoma
• or enlarged prostate.
• May cause drowsiness
• avoid driving or operating machinery.
• Avoid alcohol during use.
• Not recommended in children under 12 years or during pregnancy without medical advice.
• Keep out of reach of children.
