Kinaldol 325mg/37.5mg

Indication

A fixed-dose combination analgesic containing Paracetamol 325 mg and Tramadol HCl 37.5 mg, used for the management of moderate to moderately severe acute and chronic pain that requires a combination opioid/non-opioid approach.

Ingredients

Direction

Adults and adolescents 16 years and over: 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. Maximum 8 tablets per 24 hours. Take with water; may be taken with food to reduce nausea.

• Rare: seizures
• serotonin syndrome.
• Risk of opioid
• related respiratory depression in overdose.

Precautions

• Contains tramadol — risk of dependence
• tolerance
• and abuse.
• Do not use with alcohol
• sedatives
• benzodiazepines
• or other CNS depressants.
• Do not use with or within 14 days of MAO inhibitors.
• Contraindicated in severe respiratory depression
• uncontrolled epilepsy
• and in patients on serotonergic agents (risk of serotonin syndrome).
• Do not use in children under 12 years or in individuals under 18 years for tonsil/adenoid pain post
• surgery.
• Risk of overdose if combined with other paracetamol
• containing products
• do not exceed daily paracetamol limit of 4 g.
• Keep out of reach of children.
