Indication
Treatment of moderate to intense painful conditions in adults not relieved by paracetamol or aspirin alone.
Ingredients
- Paracetamol 400 mg
- Caffeine 62.5 mg
- Codeine Phosphate Hemihydrate 20 mg
Direction
As directed by a physician. Do not exceed the prescribed dose.
Side effects
- Nausea and vomiting.
- Dizziness or sedation (due to codeine).
- Constipation (due to codeine).
- Risk of dependence with prolonged codeine use.
- Hepatotoxicity with paracetamol overdose.
- Tachycardia and palpitations (due to caffeine).
- Allergic reactions including rash.
- Respiratory depression with high doses of codeine.
Precautions
- Do not exceed the prescribed dose.
- Contains codeine
- not for use in children.
- Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine.
- Keep out of reach of children.
