Indication
Combination of levocetirizine and montelukast used for the relief of symptoms of allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria.
Ingredients
- Levocetirizine Hydrochloride USP 5 mg
- Montelukast Sodium BP equivalent to Montelukast 10 mg
Direction
As directed by the Physician.
Side effects
- Sedation and drowsiness (levocetirizine).
- Headache.
- Dry mouth.
- Nausea or gastrointestinal discomfort.
- Fatigue.
- Abdominal pain.
- Agitation or behaviour changes in children (montelukast).
- Rarely: neuropsychiatric events (suicidal ideation) reported with montelukast — monitor closely.
Precautions
- Keep the medicine out of reach of children. Use only as directed by the physician.
