Indication

Symptomatic relief of nasal congestion associated with the common cold, hay fever, upper respiratory allergies, or sinusitis.

Ingredients

• Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride BP 25 mcg per actuation (0.05%)

Direction

Shake gently before use. For adults and children 6 years and older: 2 to 3 sprays in each nostril up to twice daily (morning and evening). Do not use for more than 3 to 5 consecutive days to avoid rebound congestion. For nasal use only.

Side effects

• Temporary burning
• stinging
• dryness
• or sneezing in the nose
• Rebound nasal congestion with prolonged use
• Headache
• Increased heart rate or blood pressure in sensitive individuals

Precautions

• Do not use for more than 3 to 5 consecutive days
• Use with caution in patients with heart disease
• hypertension
• diabetes
• thyroid disease
• or difficulty urinating due to enlarged prostate
• Do not use in children under 6 years without medical advice
• Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if symptoms worsen or persist
