- Headache.
- Dizziness.
- Myopathy or myalgia (muscle pain — rare).
- Elevated liver enzymes (monitor periodically).
- Pancreatitis (rare).
- Photosensitivity reaction.
- Rare: rhabdomyolysis (especially with statin co
- administration).
