Indication
Prevention and treatment of vitamin D deficiency; prevention of rickets and osteomalacia; adjuvant in the treatment of osteoporosis.
Ingredients
- Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) 200000 UI
- Medium
- chain triglycerides q.s. 1 ml
Direction
Oral or intramuscular use. To be administered as directed by a physician. Typically one ampoule per dose at intervals determined by the prescriber.
Side effects
- Rare: hypercalcemia with prolonged high
- dose use
- Rare: hypersensitivity reactions
Precautions
- Use only as prescribed by a physician
- Avoid excessive dosing to prevent vitamin D toxicity
- Use with caution in patients with hypercalcemia

- Keep out of reach of children
