Paracetamol 300mg Injection 300mg/2ml

Indication

Used for the short-term treatment of moderate pain especially following surgery, and for the short-term treatment of fever when administration by intravenous route is clinically justified.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 300mg

Direction

For I.M./I.V. injection. Adults: 1g every 4-6 hours, max 4g per day. As directed by physician.

Side effects

• Nausea and vomiting
• Injection site reactions
• Hypersensitivity reactions
• Liver damage with overdose

Precautions

• Do not exceed recommended dose
• Use with caution in patients with hepatic or renal impairment
• Keep out of reach of children
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have liver problems
