Pregnacare Plus Omega-3 Multi-nutrient tablet + Omega-3 capsule

Indication

Pregnancy and breast-feeding support, brain and eye development of the foetus

Ingredients

• Folic Acid 400μg
• Vitamin D 10μg
• Omega
• 3 with 300mg DHA
• plus multi
• nutrients

Direction

One tablet (from green blister) per day. Swallow with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal. Do not exceed recommended intake.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated. High doses may cause nausea
• diarrhea.

Precautions

• Contains vitamin K. If taking oral anticoagulants (e.g. warfarin) do not take Pregnacare. Contains iron which may be harmful to very young children if taken in excess.
