Indication
Pregnancy and breast-feeding support, brain and eye development of the foetus
Ingredients
- Folic Acid 400μg
- Vitamin D 10μg
- Omega
- 3 with 300mg DHA
- plus multi
- nutrients
Direction
One tablet (from green blister) per day. Swallow with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal. Do not exceed recommended intake.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated. High doses may cause nausea
- diarrhea.
Precautions
- Contains vitamin K. If taking oral anticoagulants (e.g. warfarin) do not take Pregnacare. Contains iron which may be harmful to very young children if taken in excess.
