Indication

Aphatyl 12 Vitamines is a comprehensive multivitamin supplement indicated for the prevention and treatment of vitamin deficiencies, support of general health, recovery from illness, nutritional supplementation during periods of increased demand such as growth, pregnancy, and convalescence.

Ingredients

• Vitamin A (Retinol acetate) 1500 IU
• Thiamine mononitrate (Vitamin B1) 2.5 mg
• Riboflavine sodium phosphate (Vitamin B2) 2.5 mg
• Calcium pantothenate (Vitamin B5) 2.5 mg
• Pyridoxine chlorhydrate (Vitamin B6) 0.75 mg
• Biotin (Vitamin B8) 25 mcg
• Folic acid (Vitamin B9) 62.5 mcg
• Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 1.5 mcg
• Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 35 mg
• Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 150 IU
• Alpha
• tocopherol acetate (Vitamin E) 5 mg
• Nicotinamide (Vitamin PP) 12.5 mg

Direction

Take orally. The usual dose and duration should be as directed by a physician. Swallow tablet whole with a glass of water. Refer to the package insert for detailed dosing instructions.
