Indication
Clotrivex Ear Drop is an antifungal and local anaesthetic ear preparation used to treat fungal ear infections (otomycosis) and to relieve associated pain and itching in the ear canal.
Ingredients
- Clotrimazole
- Lignocaine HCl
Direction
Instil 3β4 drops into the affected ear 3β4 times daily, or as directed by your physician. Tilt head to allow drops to penetrate. Keep head tilted for 2 minutes.
Side effects
- Mild local irritation or burning sensation
- Skin sensitization (rare)
Precautions
- For external ear use only β do not use if eardrum is perforated
- Avoid contact with eyes
- Keep out of reach of children
- Discontinue if irritation or sensitization occurs
