Indication

D-Lor (Desloratadine) is an antihistamine used for the relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria, including sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, and hives.

Ingredients

• Desloratadine 5 mg

Direction

Adults and children 12 years and older: 1 tablet (5 mg) once daily, with or without food.

Side effects

• Headache
• fatigue
• dry mouth
• nausea
• and somnolence may occur.

Precautions

• Use with caution in patients with severe renal impairment. Avoid use in patients with known hypersensitivity to desloratadine or loratadine.
