Indication
Concor is a selective beta-1 adrenergic receptor blocker used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure), stable angina pectoris, and as adjunct therapy in stable chronic heart failure.
Ingredients
- Bisoprolol fumarate 5 mg
Direction
Take one tablet once daily, preferably in the morning, with or without food. Swallow whole. Do not stop taking without consulting your doctor.
Side effects
- Fatigue
- Dizziness
- Bradycardia (slow heart rate)
- Cold extremities
- Headache
Precautions
- Do not stop abruptly β taper dose under physician guidance
- Use with caution in asthma or COPD patients
- Monitor blood pressure and heart rate regularly
- Keep out of reach of children
- Inform doctor of all current medications
