Diarum 2 mg

Indication

Diarum 2 mg is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of acute and chronic diarrhea in adults and children over 8 years of age. It reduces intestinal motility and secretion to help control loose stools.

Ingredients

• Loperamide hydrochloride

Direction

Acute diarrhea: initial dose of 2 capsules for adults and 1 capsule for children over 8 years, followed by 1 capsule after each loose stool. Do not exceed 8 capsules per day for adults or 6 per day for children. Chronic diarrhea: 1 to 3 capsules per day for adults; 1 to 2 per day for children.

• Abdominal cramping

• dizziness.

Precautions

• Keep out of reach of children. Not for children under 8 years. Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult a doctor if diarrhea persists more than 48 hours.
