GOFEN 400 Clearcap 400 mg

Indication

A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used for temporary relief of minor aches and pain associated with the common cold, headache, toothache, muscular aches, backache, minor pain of arthritis and pain of menstrual cramps. Also used to temporarily reduce fever.

Ingredients

• Ibuprofen 400 mg

Direction

Adults and children over 12 years: take 1 capsule every 4-6 hours while symptoms occur. Do not exceed 3 capsules in 24 hours unless directed by a physician. Take with food or milk.

Side effects

• Gastrointestinal upset
• nausea
• dizziness
• heartburn.

Precautions

• Store below 25°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if allergic to ibuprofen or aspirin. Not recommended for patients with gastric ulcers
• renal or hepatic impairment.
