Indication

DESOFAST (Desloratadine) tablets are an antihistamine used for the relief of symptoms of allergic rhinitis including nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and itchy eyes, as well as for the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives).

Ingredients

• Desloratadine 5 mg

Direction

Adults and children 12 years and older: 1 tablet (5 mg) once daily, with or without food.

Side effects

• Headache
• dry mouth
• fatigue
• nausea
• and somnolence may occur.

Precautions

• Use with caution in patients with severe renal impairment. Avoid use in known hypersensitivity to desloratadine or loratadine.
