Indication
An acid reducer (proton pump inhibitor) used for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), frequent heartburn, acid-related disorders, peptic ulcers, and Helicobacter pylori eradication in combination therapy.
Ingredients
- Esomeprazole magnesium trihydrate (equivalent to Esomeprazole 40 mg)
Direction
As directed by the physician. Swallow gastro-resistant tablets whole; do not crush or chew.
Side effects
- Headache
- Diarrhoea and abdominal pain
- Nausea and flatulence
- Dry mouth
- Constipation
- Peripheral oedema
- Dizziness
- Allergic reactions: rash (uncommon)
Precautions
- Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool and dry place
- below 30°C. Protect from light.
