Indication
Dexacol Eye Drops are used for the treatment of inflammatory conditions of the eye including conjunctivitis, uveitis, and post-operative ocular inflammation.
Ingredients
- Dexamethasone (ophthalmic)
Direction
Instill 1 to 2 drops into the affected eye(s) several times daily or as directed by a physician.
Side effects
- Increased intraocular pressure
- cataract formation with prolonged use
- and local irritation may occur.
Precautions
- Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity
- viral or fungal eye infections
- ocular tuberculosis
- or glaucoma. For ophthalmic use only. Do not touch dropper tip to eye surface.
