Indication
Pantoprazole injection is used for treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcer disease, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, and prevention of stress ulcers in hospitalized patients requiring intravenous therapy.

For IV use only. Administer as directed by a physician. Lyophilized powder β reconstitute before administration.
Side effects
- Headache
- dizziness.
- Nausea
- diarrhoea
- abdominal pain.
- Injection site reactions (pain
- thrombophlebitis).
- Elevated liver enzymes.
- Hypomagnesaemia with prolonged use.
- Rare: severe allergic reactions.
Precautions
- Use with caution in patients with hepatic impairment. Not recommended for long
- term use without medical supervision. Keep out of reach of children.
