Indication
Treatment of major depressive episodes, peripheral neuropathic pain in adults, and nocturnal enuresis in children where organic pathology has been excluded.
Ingredients
- Amitriptyline HCl 25 mg
Direction

Side effects
- Drowsiness
- sedation
- dizziness.
- Dry mouth
- blurred vision
- urinary retention
- constipation (anticholinergic effects).
- Tachycardia and palpitations.
- Confusion
- especially in elderly patients.
- Weight gain.
- Orthostatic hypotension.
- Risk of suicidal ideation in adolescents and young adults (black
- box warning).
- Rare: cardiac arrhythmias
- QT prolongation.
Precautions
- Store below 30°C and keep out of reach of children
- Respect prescribed doses
