Indication

Treatment of major depressive episodes, peripheral neuropathic pain in adults, and nocturnal enuresis in children where organic pathology has been excluded.

• Orthostatic hypotension.
• Risk of suicidal ideation in adolescents and young adults (black
• box warning).
• Rare: cardiac arrhythmias
• QT prolongation.
