Indication

For the relief of symptoms of cold such as fever, headache, nasal congestion, and sneezing accompanied by cough. Cold and cough remedy syrup for children.

Ingredients

• Acetaminophen
• Dextromethorphan HBr
• Phenylpropanolamine HCl

Direction

Do not use more than directed. If symptoms persist for more than 3 days, consult a doctor or other health services.

Side effects

• May include sleeplessness
• palpitation
• and dizziness.

Precautions

• Not to be given to patients who are sensitive to other sympathomimetic drugs (ephedrine
• pseudoephedrine
• phenylephrine)
• severe high blood pressure patients
• and those who receive MAO
• inhibitor type antidepressant drugs. Use with care in patients who have high blood pressure or stroke risk such as overweight patients and elderly patients. Stop use if sleeplessness
• palpitation and dizziness occur. Keep out of reach of children.
